txt staff seems just work without much genuine interest in txt. the social media team sucks, the management team sucks, the marketing is bad, the branding is bad, the styling is bad, the hair and makeup is repetitive, the performance team is also repetitive. the a&r, producers, and album production team have less and less sense. and the pr team feels the most useless, whenever fans complain their damage control is always very obvious. it just feels like no one is genuinely putting in effort to help txt grow, they all seem to do things half-heartedly and have poor judgment when it comes to their work for txt
