Our Stoptober ball has covered a lot of ground so far! This week, we visited Catterick at the build of the new Integrated Care Centre, which is a joint project between NHS and Ministry of Defence. The building contractors, Tilbury Douglas, got involved for a play with the ball!

The Stoptober ball has seen some activity over the last few days, from the ancient walls of York to Humber Street and the Deep! Evidence shows that if you quit smoking for a month, you're 5 times more likely to quit for good and this campaign is all about doing it together.
