@YETICoolers I was trying to purchases $200 of your 14oz mugs to give as a gift. But your website kept asking me to press and hold to show im a human so many times it made shopping impossible. Finally it just got stuck and a loop. Guess I will shop somewhere else.

@YETICoolers I bought a helimix shaker in the beginning of December and it’s leaking I tried to reach out to helimix but you guys bought out the company and I’m having a hard time trying to submit a warranty claim because it doesn’t have your branding

I ordered a custom @YETICoolers with “Go Birds” and “You’ll never walk alone” on a purple mug. It came today and it’s blue. Like, royal blue. Not purple. My two references are teams with rivals called Big Blue and The Blues. This is my 13th reason. Desperately disappointed

@YETICoolers Had my defective bottle shipped out to you two weeks ago for replacement. Have not received any tracking information for the replacement. The person I am dealing with from customer service has no idea what they’re doing. Who knows when I’ll receive my replacement

@YETICoolers really disappointed in your company! Ordered a couple custom cups weeks ago & was supposed to have them delivered by November 25/26/27 only to then be told the address is wrong…turns out your company provided the incomplete/incorrect address for my order. Now what?

Hey @YETICoolers I love your cups, they’re so well insulated and keep them hot or cold forever… But why do your lids leak so bad?! A 10 degree angle for 30 seconds and there’s coffee all over the passenger seat in my car. How did they stay so insulated if liquid can get out???

@YETICoolers Received my first 2 Yeti cups a few days ago. One came damaged and top missing cause UPS handled it like they didn’t care & the other I put ice in it overnight & the ice was gone in less than 12 hours inside a cool house.#nogood
