I am so disappointed of the quality of the food I just had @Chilis . My burger was inedible, it tasted like it was left over from the night before & reheated in a greasy warming tray. The bun wasn’t toasted &had so much butter soaked into it, liquid oozed out when I squeezed it.

I think some people who post pix of them at the gym not actually workout. I never look like a super model before and definitely not after lol

Feeling old. Every muscle in my hands and arms are sore from rowing and yard work. If they are this sore now, I can imagine how they are going to feel tomorrow. 😖😵‍💫
