“Pressure is a Privilege. And if you’re feeling any pressure or weight of expectation, you are breathing rare air, that very few of us get to live inside”.
Unbelievable piece of poetry .

🚨🎙️ MICAH RICHARDS ON TONIGHT REFREE DECISIONS:
"Big man, listen to me! We have to be real about this. Let’s be honest: every single big call went against Barça in both legs. Every. Single. One. The referee has to do better there, he really does! You can’t be making game-changing decisions like that at this level and getting them wrong.
I’m looking at the handball in the first leg, I’m looking at the penalty tonight... it’s unbelievable! At what point is it not a coincidence anymore? I’m not one for conspiracies, but when it’s the same story every time the whistle blows, you start wondering what’s actually going on. It’s tough, man. It’s really tough for them!"

There's a physicist at Stanford named Safi Bahcall who modeled this exact principle and the math is wild.
He calls it "phase transitions in human networks." When you're stationary, your probability of a lucky event is limited to your existing surface area: the people you already know, the places you already go, the ideas you've already been exposed to. Your opportunity window is fixed.
When you move, your collision rate with new nodes in a network increases nonlinearly. Double your movement (new conversations, new cities, new projects) and your probability of a serendipitous encounter doesn't double. It roughly quadruples. Because each new node connects you to their entire network, not just to them.
Richard Wiseman ran a 10-year study at the University of Hertfordshire tracking self-described "lucky" and "unlucky" people. The single biggest differentiator wasn't IQ, education, or family money. Lucky people scored significantly higher on one trait: openness to experience. They talked to strangers more, varied their routines more, and said yes to invitations at nearly twice the rate.
The "unlucky" group followed the same routes, ate at the same restaurants, and talked to the same 5 people. Their networks were closed loops. No new inputs, no new collisions.
Luck isn't random. Luck is surface area. And surface area is a function of movement.
The lobster emoji is doing more work than most people realize. Lobsters grow by shedding their shell when it gets too tight. The growth requires a period of total vulnerability. No protection, no armor, soft body exposed to the ocean.
That's the cost of movement nobody posts about. You have to be uncomfortable first. The new shell only hardens after you've already moved.

This shocking photo shows an Israeli soldier marketing his jewelry business by using a Palestinian father who was arrested by the Israeli army from his home last night during a West Bank raid. This is what the Israeli occupation in the West Bank looks like.

🚨 let me tell you what actually happened here..
health officials just warned that dinosaur chicken nuggets at Walmart may contain high levels of lead.. the food that defined an entire generation of childhoods.. and before this gets dismissed as a one-off recall..
the US banned lead paint in 1978.. banned lead in gasoline by 1996.. we have known for 50 years exactly what lead does to a developing child's brain.. it permanently lowers IQ, causes behavioral disorders that never fully reverse, and damages cognition in ways no amount of treatment can undo..
in 2014, Flint Michigan's water was contaminated with lead for over a year.. thousands of children were poisoned.. it became a national emergency with investigations, criminal charges, and congressional hearings.. and then nothing systemically changed..
in 2021, a Congressional subcommittee found high levels of lead, arsenic, and mercury in baby food sold by major brands including Gerber and Beech-Nut.. it was in the news for a week.. and then nothing happened..
and in 2026, it's in the dinosaur chicken nuggets..
they banned lead from your paint.. banned it from your gas.. found it in your baby food five years ago and did nothing.. and now it's in your kid's dinner..
at some point you have to stop calling it an oversight.
