Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2. As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio. Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to. We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us. @KaziNight @DETONATEDcom Ik the razorback and the 9mm are 2 COMPLETELY different guns but in hindsight we do have the razor in bo7. The locus would be dope to have. They or that 2 round recharmber sniper, I forget the name

if Bo7 doesnt have any of the following weapons by the end of the lifecycle the game will still be good but I just want these guns: Galil, Executioner, AN-94, LSAT, MG08, Drakon, X52 Resonator, MTAR, Man-O-War, Dingo, Remington new model army, WaW flamethrower but reskinned

If the next Black Ops 7 Zombies DLC Map is focused on Takeo like rumors suggest, the map HAS to have an Easter Egg to honor Tom Kane as Takeo. There is no greater opportunity to cement his legacy in CoD Zombies than this. It is the only way.

As the original voice of Takeo Masaki and countless other beloved roles over the years, Tom's iconic talent and unwavering kindness will last with us all our lives. Our thoughts go out to his loved ones, and he will always be in our hearts.

I hope Treyarch does a tribute to Tom Kane in the next zombies map. I think it'd be perfect there since it is Takeos map... I just want something in this game to remember his legendary work as Takeo by...

It doesn't matter what fanbase you've saddled up in. Call of Duty, Star Wars, even Fortnite. There's a strong chance Tom Kane was intrinsically linked to it. That's how iconic his voice was. Thanks for the memories, Tom. You have brought honor to us all.

Incredibly sad news today… the beloved Tom Kane has passed away. He shaped SO many of our childhoods/teenage years as Takeo Masaki in Call of Duty Zombies and as Yoda in Star Wars The Clone Wars. Can’t be understated how huge of a loss this is for us all. RIP Tom. Thank you for all the joy you brought in our lives 💙🕊️

Idk if this is unpopular or not but (until round 50) OSCAR is one of my favorite special enemies of all time. His design is incredible and I love that he’s like an unstoppable, yet avoidable force. Like a monster stalking prey. Not perfect but he has a unique presence

@VonListVanguard I genuinely love that they tried to give us an enemy that actively patrols the map. Pretty much a first for RBZ if I'm not wrong and it's somewhat a thing in the open world modes, but knowing that he's out in the map somewhere is really cool. He's an ever looming threat.
