I need to say something, and I'm not going to be diplomatic about it. There are voices in this community right now pushing for a class-action lawsuit against Infold from the US. I want to be absolutely clear: I do not support this. I will never support this. And I'm asking every single person reading this to think before they follow that path. Here's what a lawsuit does: — It turns our campaign from "players who love Valko" into "Americans suing a Chinese company." That's the headline. That's all anyone will see. — It gives every hater, every state media outlet, and every person who wanted Valko gone exactly what they need to paint us as hostile foreigners. — It hands Infold an excuse to never engage with us. Why would they listen to a community that's suing them? — It destroys the cultural bridge we've spent weeks building with CN players who support Valko's return. — And legally? Valko was never released. Nobody paid for him directly. The case has no foundation. It would be dismissed, and the only thing left would be the damage to our reputation. And here's the thing that makes this even more frustrating: the bridge IS working. Right now, our sisters in China are creating videos debunking what state media said about Valko and changing public opinion from the inside. One of the most popular videos already has 43K likes and 24K comments, the majority positive. CN players are doing the hardest, most dangerous part of this fight: challenging their own media narrative on their own platforms, in their own language, at their own risk. And they're winning. That is what real advocacy looks like. Not a lawsuit filed from the safety of California. We have 230,000+ signatures. We have charity campaigns with real-world media coverage. We have CN polls showing 69% of players would leave without Valko. We have the sealed June 29 statement proving Infold defended his name 24 hours before being forced to cancel him. And now we have CN creators shifting public opinion in real time. THAT is our case. Not a courtroom. And while I'm here, I'm also not going to stay quiet about something else. If you are attacking another game's characters by calling them ugly, you are doing the exact same thing the haters did to Valko. The exact same thing. You cannot say "Valko deserves love and respect" and then turn around and trash another game's designs. That's not advocacy. That's hypocrisy. And if anyone in the CN community screenshots that behavior next to our hashtags, we lose everything those creators are building. And if you're out here saying "never trust Chinese games", you need to sit down and think about what you're actually saying. Valko IS a Chinese game character. Made by Chinese artists. Written by Chinese writers. The people fighting hardest to bring him back ARE Chinese players. Painting an entire country's gaming industry as untrustworthy because one company made a decision under pressure is not criticism. It's xenophobia. And it has no place in this campaign. This campaign was built on three things: verified facts, visible love, and cultural respect. If your actions contradict any of those three pillars, you are not helping Valko come back. You are making it harder. I didn't spend weeks building something real, the wolf conservation project, the charity donations, the fact-checking, the bridge with CN players, to watch it get buried under a lawsuit headline and screenshots of us doing what the haters did. I made a data comparison from Dec-25 (which is the 5.0. update) up to June. They've already been at a decline vs last year month on month, which I'm sure is one of their metrics. Global posted a growth during the 5.0 update, and share of business is also higher. Decline for CN (unsure if they counted HK so I just included to be sure) is already at the negative hundreds of millions.

I’m curious how much of a dent in sales the IN boycott made, bc this time with LADS, Global 🤝 CN are driving down profits *together*. Coordinating = this will likely not be sustainable for 4 months. They’ve already bled profits by over 85% since the movie banner. #ValkoisLoved

I didnt know Infinity Nikki players boycotted for 4mos. Kudos to them. If only Lads fans could unite and do the same. I know the nxt shiny banner ppl r going to cave. Ive wanted Rafs myth for so long but it will rerun. Infold needs to pay 4 how they made me feel.

From the very beginning, Love and Deepspace felt like something I was slowly building. Every chapter. Every event. Every memory. Every little clue hidden throughout the game. None of it happened overnight. It was like building a tower, one block at a time. Every update added another piece to that tower. Every promise of the future made it feel stronger. I wasn't just collecting memories—I was building trust that the story the developers wanted to tell would one day become complete. Then Valko's PV arrived. Ironically, one of the most memorable moments in that PV is Valko calmly pulling a single block from a tower and watching the entire structure collapse. A few days later... Infold did exactly the same thing to mine. Not because Valko was my only reason for playing. He wasn't. He was simply the one piece that finally made everything I had spent so much time building feel complete. Remove one of the tower's crucial blocks, and suddenly the entire structure loses its stability. That's exactly how Love and Deepspace feels to me now. People keep telling me, "It's just one character." But a tower doesn't collapse because one block is removed. It collapses because an essential one is. That's why I find it so difficult to enjoy the game the way I used to. Even now, all I can see is the empty space where that block was always meant to be. And the hardest part is this: You didn't just pull that block out. You took it away. So how am I supposed to rebuild the tower when the very piece that completed it is no longer there? Then I see the reminders you've shared with us for years: Drink water. Take a break. Eat well. Sleep well. Reduce stress. I understand why they exist. I know they come from a place of kindness. But today they make me wonder... How am I supposed to relax when the tower I spent so long building is still lying on the table in pieces? Those reminders aren't the problem. The missing block is. I don't need another reminder to take care of myself. I need the opportunity to finish what I believed we were all building together. The tower can still be rebuilt. But not without the piece that completes it. Give us that missing block back. Let's rebuild this tower together. Let's play this game one more time—this time, better. Bring Valko back. We have been doing A LOT in such a short time and people are tired. I am here to fix all that. Today I am bringing everyone together so we can proceed in a sustainable manner that will absolutely work long term. Take a moment to process. 🐺I need you to take a deep breath and accept that we might not get him soon. I need you to let go of needing copium and hopium and relax a little because you don’t need to grieve him right now. He is not gone. It's not like they'd ever delete his files. 🐺We don’t know the details and that’s okay. Even if the government is involved, even if the competition is messing around with everyone, it will pass. They might have to change the window scene. Whatever. They can learn from their mistakes and do things properly next time. We aren’t going to believe any rumors anymore, get baited or care about anything that isn’t in our power. We will fully expect that his PV's will get taken down from X for either revision or a tactic to lower our morale and won't care because that doesn't change the fact that we have power and a lot of it. 🐺The fact remains that Infold doesn’t have a choice but to care about their reputation. That’s why they gave in to the bullies in the first place. We are going keep pressure on them in places they CANNOT IGNORE FOREVER NO MATTER WHAT. If we keep their ratings low. If we keep asking for Valko on every official post and keep holding them accountable. If we keep him alive and trending. If we keep boycotting every launch and keep them down in the charts. If we commit to this together there is NO WAY we aren’t getting him back. We will also keep encouraging our CN sisters to do the same. Haters will tire out. We will not. We can probably get him back by the end of the year or sooner. 🐺We will work out what is easiest for everyone. No one will need to give up their life and all their time for this. We will coordinate hashtags better, split into shifts and just relax and have fun with this. And along the way for those who want to do more, we can get some articles going, more charity work in his name, and whatever fun projects we come up with.
