While she was on the couch with her 8 yr old nephew. Officer was acquitted of murder but convicted for manslaughter. 11 yrs Fred Hampton 1969: chairman of the black panther party was killed in his home by 14 FBI agents as part of cointelpro. Spurgen Winter Jr was also killed in this shooting. When they thought fred would survive they shot him two more times in the head at point blank range. They also tried to charge the other 7 panthers for attempted murder in the shootout. Those charges didnt stick. They shot 90+ times into the house with only one shot from black panthers coming from a misfired gun. They also Fred’s pregnant wife who survived along with her child. Agents weren’t charged. Crazy right? Almost like it’s been happening for decades huh?
