@yoitsholly This reminds me of a courgette flower, what would you describe the taste of the marigold as please?

vanilla and marigold gelato, marigold caramel, tempura marigold

got some organic marigolds from so i pureed the petals with milk (for color, not much flavor) and used that in a gelato, made a caramel with petals (a little more flavor here, mostly just pretty) and tempura’d a flower and sprinkled with vanilla sugar.
