Sorry you continue to go through this bro. I used to ask the same thing. It's definitely not patience or taking better technical set ups. Here me out on this... I used to focus on the mistakes too. Then I stopped looking at the mistake… and started looking at the seconds right before it. Not pre-market. Not after the trade. Not over the weekend. Literally right before I clicked. Same setup. Same plan. But something in me would start lighting up. Like a slight tightening, a little urgency and a need for it to work. From there, the trade was already different. I wasn’t executing anymore… I was reacting. That moment is easy to miss because it happens fast. But that’s the most valuable place to look. Not at what you did but what changed in you right before you did it. At the end of the day, don't try to fix your mistakes without looking at the STATE you're in when you made them. Otherwise they're just doomed to repeat... Hope this helps.
