GameSir Cyclone 4.🌀All details are clear.🌀

[GameSir Perspective] High Polling Rate ≠ Low Latency — So why are we making an 8K controller? Lately, We’ve seen a lot of debate regarding polling rates. The community seems split into two camps: 1. "Higher polling rate = faster controller, period." 2. "8K is just a marketing gimmick; GamePadla latency is all that matters." However, neither is 100% correct. Come join our Reddit AMA & G7 Pro 8K Giveaway! Our Community Manager, Leo, is hosting a session right now to answer any questions you have about 8K polling rates or any other technical specs! Link: bit.ly/3PA8rEI ------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Debunking the Myth: 1000Hz = 1ms Latency? For the newcomers: Many brands claim "1000Hz equals 1ms of latency." This is technically false. As The picture 2 shown, polling rate is simply the frequency at which the CPU asks the controller for data: 1000Hz: The PC checks for input every 1ms (1,000 times/sec). 8000Hz: The PC checks for input every 0.125ms (8,000 times/sec). Polling rate describes the density of data transmission, not the actual time it takes for your physical button press to register in-game. ------------------ 2. So, does 8K actually reduce latency? Strictly speaking, they are different metrics. However, using our Logic Analyzer (Data in picture 3), we’ve proven that, at least on the G7 Pro 8K, a higher polling rate does facilitate lower latency. The Logic: A tighter polling interval drastically reduces the "waiting time" for the next data packet. The Result: The G7 Pro 8K achieves a wired stick latency of just 0.5ms. The Comparison: Even compared to well-optimized 1000Hz controllers, we are seeing a nearly 10x gap in the data transmission window. -------------------- 3. Hardware vs. "Software Hacks." Beware of "Overclocking" claims. You cannot simply "patch" a weak chip to 8K. If the MCU (Main Control Unit) isn't powerful enough, forcing a high polling rate actually causes jitter and increased latency. To make 8K a valuable reality (and not a gimmick), we made two things right: High-Performance 8K MCU: A dedicated & expensive hardware upgrade to handle massive data throughput. Rewrite the Code: We stripped away non-essential background algorithms, ensuring the CPU is 100% focused on raw performance. The practical benefit? In FPS games, your stick movement is incredibly dense and fluid. That "floaty" feeling or pixel-skipping you might feel at lower rates is gone. -------------------- 4. What’s Next: The GameSir 8K Universe! The G7 Pro 8K is just the beginning. We’re doubling down on raw performance over gimmicks. Tarantula Series: THE symmetrical controller you're waiting for, Coming Soon™. Cyclone 3: The king of PC controllers shall return, with an 8k polling rate being its most basic setup. Hitbox/Fightstick: We're bringing 8K tech to the FGC (Fighting Game Community) this year. --------------------- #GameSir #controller #G7Pro

Introducing GameSir Cyclone 4. 🌀 The tempest we've been calling for is here🕹️ ✅4 back buttons: Choose one of your 4 teammates to mute on the fly, act before he starts it. ✅4 Face Buttons: Super accurate input, when you press the A button, the A will be pressed within game. ✅4g - 40kgs Tension Adjustable Sticks - One stick movement = 10 pushups. Be the controller of your own body. ✅4 D-pad buttons: ↑ button is for moving up, ↓ button is for moving down, ← button is for moving left. ✅4K Hz Polling: Faster than your own thoughts. The controller is already inputting 'GG' before you even realize you missed the shot. Don't Learn more & order at: gamesir.com/cyclone4when #GameSir #controller #cyclone4

A Stanford study found that people who played Pokémon heavily as kids developed a small region of the brain that responds specifically to Pokémon characters. Researchers scanned adults who grew up playing on Game Boy and showed them images of Pokémon like Pikachu and Bulbasaur. Their brains lit up in the same exact spot, a consistent area in the visual cortex tied to recognizing specific categories of objects. The reason comes down to childhood. When you’re young, your brain is more flexible, and spending hours memorizing hundreds of similar-looking Pokémon essentially trained it to carve out space just for them. (via @Stanford)
