He either gets most of his shots, finishing the game in a minute, making him better than prime Ghoul and blight.
Or he misses five shots in a row in his first chase and he loses the game.

I think he's right under those three but Billy and Drac have way stronger zone control/proxying and Ghoul has insane mobility.
