Hello! This is Bao's manager. We wanted to clear the air about a situation regarding Bao and her work ethic. Some time ago, Bao was experiencing a health crisis which caused her to go radio silent and fall behind on commissions, coming back to a bunch of incomplete work for her to address. For the past few months, Bao and I have been working towards fixing her work queue and updating clients in a timely manner, which is something she was struggling with for a while. On and off streams, she has been working to the best of her ability to complete all of her previous commissions. We sincerely apologize for all of the delays and for creating any distrust between her and her clients. The lack of response in the past was never intentional, and she is doing her best to work on this habit, as it seems to have gotten out of hand. The reasons for the inability to communicate should not have interfered with her business, and we are working towards getting back on our feet so both the client and artist will be satisfied. As her manager, I will be communicating ongoing clients on here as Bao is not mentally safe to communicate at the moment. If there are any questions or any requests for updates, please use Bao's twitter DMs for the time being. Thank you for all of the support and kind words given to Bao, especially at a time like this when she really needs it. We appreciate all of the kindness and patience, and we hope there can be a bit of understanding between both parties.

im really sorry for being emotional all the time..it really hurts a lot. my feelings are hurt very easily and im sensitive to a lot of things so im really sorry . I feel like im not achieving all my goals i want as an artist or as a human and it’s killing me but i will be okay. It just really hurts inside my heart
