I’m not blind, and I’ve seen several tweets, videos, and pieces of information from both perspective from Thai fans and Chinese fans alike. That’s why I’m not taking sides here neither with the fans nor with the staff and I blame the company more for what happened at the book fair gathering

sejujurnya emang banyak plat c ini yang anomali ya, kalau sering dateng ke event artis thai. Jadiin pelajaran lah @GmmtvShop pake registrasi buat gathering bookfair or fanival Ngerti sih dari sudut pandang staff capek juga ngurusin fans keras kepala kayak gini, si fans ini mukul staff duluan dan si staff udah susah nahan tingkah nih fans, tapi si fans ini dijatuhin kelantai sampe dibekep gtu dan dikerubinin banyak guard agak too much juga. Padahal kalau si fans ini gak keras kepala udah disuruh baik baik keluar dan si staff + guard ini cuma narik dia keluar doank tanpa pakai kekerasan, masalahnya gak akan sebesar ini

Just got over a fever after three days at 38°C+, so I’m still dizzy. 😵‍💫 I’ve seen the discussion about a fan being removed from an event, with some saying staff went too far. However, in the clip, the fan appears to kick staff before being taken down. Under Thai law, organizers can remove someone through staff or security. But once a kick is thrown in public, it can become a criminal matter, and self-defense claims may depend on the circumstances. It may also involve public disturbance charges. At that point, security may be legally justified in intervening, and bystanders restraining the person could also be acting lawfully if stopping an ongoing incident. The kick changes the situation from something that could have been resolved verbally to a potential legal issue under Thai law. Don’t forget that in that area there were both Thai and international fans who were affected by that woman’s actions. If there is evidence the woman was already causing issues and complaints are filed, it will ultimately be for Thai authorities to assess based on the evidence.

O caso ocorreu na manhã de hoje, na Tailândia, durante um evento de JuniorMark. Fãs tailandesas afirmam que a fã chinesa teria furado a fila, alegando que a identificação usada para organizar os lugares teria sido trocada. Já do lado chinês, a versão é de que isso não aconteceu e que a fã tinha seu lugar reservado desde cedo, conforme o costume de organização adotado no local. Segundo relatos, a fã teria sido expulsa do evento e, após se recusar a sair, foi levada pela equipe. Vídeos divulgados mostram agressões de ambos os lados. As imagens exibem membros da equipe do evento e seguranças utilizando força física para contê-la e retirar seus pertences, enquanto a fã também é vista chutando uma das integrantes da equipe. O caso rapidamente ganhou repercussão nas redes e se transformou em uma discussão generalizada entre os dois países, com acusações e versões contrárias de ambos os lados. Também circula a informação de que a GMMTV teria informado que processaria a fã. Até o momento, a empresa não se pronunciou oficialmente sobre o caso.
