Businesses don’t like unpredictability, If tariffs stay long enough, companies relocate production.. sometimes permanently, That’s why trade wars reshape the global economy in ways that last decades… Control over critical sectors is vital, The U.S. relies on China for rare earth minerals, electronics, and manufacturing power… China relies on the U.S. for agricultural goods, high-end tech, and financial markets, Neither side can afford to “lose,” so the fight continues… And Tariffs are rarely about fixing anything immediately… They’re about negotiating power, If you’re strong enough, you use tariffs to make the other side come to the table.. on your terms, If you’re weak, you end up hurting your own industries more than your opponent’s… This cycle of economic retaliation isn’t new. Look at history! empires have always used trade as a weapon before war ever became an option… And in modern times, nations don’t just fight with bombs, they fight with trade restrictions, currency devaluation, and market access..
