After Kamden’s UTB quarterfinal win over DeWispelar, some comments were made from the Aquinas fans as he walked off the mat. He let his wrestling do the talking in the finals.

Not really sure how someone who earned a spot in the Olympic finals LOSES their medal and then someone who lost in the semifinal gets awarded an automatic medal and put in finals, but okay.
Help me understand that…
If Vinesh said she was injured instead of missing weight does she still get the medal? lol

My goodness. I don’t think any of us can quite comprehend the future ramifications for Vinesh missing weight this morning. When she awoke today, she was India’s first ever female Olympic finalist, guaranteed at least a silver. Now she will be returning home medal-less. God bless her and all she’ll have to endure moving forward. She has looked amazing this week, and deserved to be on that podium today. This is tragic.
