I took 2 weeks off gym and some of my lifts when up by 30 pounds unironically so I was def overtraining for like 3 months. Anyway. Still going but taking more rest days now. Aqua gym update.

@aquasamaqueen Yea people have no idea how much they are loved. I have had parents tell me their kids entire life story and how proud they are of them and how they love them so fucking much as my crew works on cleaning their bedroom.

I am a little drunk but men’s mental health month post. People talk about suicide sometimes on here maybe as a joke sometimes maybe not. But if you’re thinking about ending it I promise you, you don’t want your parents or friends or anyone to find you with your brains scattered on the ceiling. It takes one second to make a terrible fucking decision. Talk to anyone. I know a lot of people don’t have the support system I have but there’s always a better option than going down that road. And people always say nobody would care but when your mom is crying getting held back from your body it’s clear that people do care they’re just bad at showing it. Which idk how that helps. Just don’t take that route and find anything to pull you out of it or anyone to talk to. I’m not an expert I’m some idiot on Twitter.

My whole rant last night I also realize I am a part of all the stuff I posted. And I have also exploited people. Sometimes I do struggle with feeling like I’m a gateway for people to get into more and more extreme parts of this whole thing. I’m going to leave the tweets up but it’s not like I’m innocent in everything. I do enjoy being horny on here but idk it’s messing with my head as much as anyone else’s I guess. Sorry if I made anyone feel attacked I think I was ranting about shit that I’ve done and feel guilty about more than anything else. Although idk how I’ve seen vids of suicide and beatdowns so often idk how they’re even allowed on here.
