Finally, our Year 2, LCpl Springgay, was awarded the Best Endeavour Award from the CTT staff at this years Summer Camp 2025. LCpl Springgay exemplified exceptional perseverance, unwavering resilience, and relentless determination throughout the week. Congratulations Sam 👏🏼😁

Back in February, @yourcopc CEO, Katy Quinn and Deputy Principal, Emily Pountney attended our Combined Cadet Force (CCF) session. They witnessed the Cadets practising their Drill and even joined in with some drill with the Cadets, which was fantastic to see 😃👏🏼

In February, our Cadets did camouflage & concealment where cadets had to hide from the other group trying to find them, whereas casualty evacuation, cadets administer first aid, and have to get the casualty to a safe place to evacuate, both very important in the military world👏🏼

We were lucky enough to have 2 trips within of the year to @HantsPolice in Netley. Our UPS students took part in Public Order Training, seeing how the Police deal with Rioters using Teamwork, Leadership &Communication. 🚨Disclaimer - cannot video due to tactic sharing 🚨

Fun and games at HMS Temeraire in January when we had the @RoyalNavy visit us to do some teamwork, leadership and communication tasks with our students. Safe to say, we saw some competitive behaviour 👍🏼👏🏼😃 @yourCOPCsixth @yourCOPC

Apologies it’s been quiet on here, we have been rather busy! Cue the influx of 6 months worth of hard work ☺️! In January, our 2nd year Cadets tried their hand at the Dismounted Close Combat Trainer. They practised in prone & standing positions from 25m-300m. 🟢🟤⚫️ @yourCOPC
