@yourboyfenix @PlayCODMobile I don't think the support center would have an answer to this issue. It's them on here or bilibili that would be able to help - that's if they consider your feelings, which I hope they do.

@_iamawwal @PlayCODMobile That’s what I’m wondering, all support needs to do is check if Ive received it in the system but they keep saying they’re sending it to a higher team for review then the higher team is saying the studio is aware of the issue cause many players are experiencing it blah blah blah

@yourboyfenix @PlayCODMobile I doubt they'd do anything about it... But @PlayCODMobile could get your UID, confirm if you got it in their system and send you the mythic cards. It doesn't sound like a big deal at all, right? @PlayCODMobile

@_iamawwal @PlayCODMobile Actually I saw the event after I had bought the mythic type 19 and I tried to claim the rewards but it didn’t accept, that’s when I first reported to support but they kept dragging it, sent them videos of my mailbox, my inventory but they never resolved my issue till date.

@yourboyfenix @PlayCODMobile Ohh, I see the issue now. You didn't claim it while it was available... The smart thing Activision could have done was to send it to your mail since you got it but didn't know you could claim it. I only knew the event was there when I accidentally went to the "sales" section.

@_iamawwal @PlayCODMobile Yeah but i purchased the mythic type 19 on the day it was released same day this even was up but I didn’t receive anything, the event disappeared and never received the mythic cards after like other players did. Let them keep it, they actually don’t care I even tried with support

@yourboyfenix @PlayCODMobile Oh, unfortunately ,this event was only available for 10 days - it was released on the same day the mythic type 19 got released, but only stayed for 10 days 😞

@yourboyfenix @RIYAD_CODM @PlayCODMobile I mean, the only free thing that’s unique we got was that CR56 AMAX free leggy, and that was it, the devs just trying to cut costs with the free blueprints since they gotta spend on other stuff as well like animations changes, QoL changes, etc.

@PlayCODMobile It’s the more than CP event that came along with the mythic type 19 on 21.3.26 I purchased they mythic type 19 but didn’t get the mythic cards and the even disappeared and now I’m seeing players getting that mythic card on their but I didn’t

@PlayCODMobile Hi, I spent 5800cp but I haven’t received any mythic cards, it’s shows received but I haven’t received anything, I had 430 mythic cards that I had obtained previously and upgraded the type 19 i bought to level 1 so I have 305 previous cards left and no additional cards, why?
