@TiwilTiwil3 @that_tv_girl To me, that’s more of an indictment of the system than Mel — healthcare workers, especially ER staff, get no space to breathe, to process. Pushing people back on then floor when they’re unfit is cruel to both them and the patients, but that’s how the system is built.

@that_tv_girl Mel got off easy as she basically did nothing since she came back from her deposition. She clearly ignored her patient, did nothing, used improperly the red phone because she's jealous of her sister, and was drowning in the stairwell, she needed to be pushed back into work.

But a) it’s actually insane advice, and b) he’s been a dick so often, it just sounds like more scolding to her
