Father’s Day weekend at a gravesite. I’ve cried, I’ve screamed, I’ve questioned, I’ve been silent. My heart is forever broken 😪💕

I have wanted to be alone for just one day since May 31st & I haven’t been able to be. I’m so irritated about it. In my alone time I grieve, relieve stress, and just have time to be quiet. I’m craving it so bad.

I need that. I need people around me that will understand that I’m grieving, but still hold me accountable for my health. Mentally, emotionally, and physically.

My trainer took it slow with me but he also pushed me to keep going because he knows how motivated I was prior to her death.

Today I worked out for the first time with my trainer since my daughter passed away. I decided to do it because despite her passing, I still have to remain healthy. It was rough, I got light headed, and wanted to quit.

A lady said she wanted to donate something towards my Babygirl’s repast, but her check was short. I explained to her that things were taken care of that a hug and a prayer would suffice. This woman gave me one of those grandmother hugs and it broke me 🥹

Soon I’ll tell the story of how a spiritual leader made the planning of my daughter’s funeral about her. I feel like I’m living in a movie
