In the US the restaurant has a super low wage with the balance being tips. Well known. Assuming you don’t tip when you eat out in the US? Sad because you probably don’t inform your server but expect performance. Or you may eat at places that don’t tip like fast food, drive throughs? Or maybe your following the teachings of family or friends who taught you this attitude because it’s an attitude to generally stiff people. Do you tip anyone? Parking attendants, bellboys, airline bag checkers, barber, etc. Enlighten us, please. And speak for yourself on shutting down places that work on tips. Hmmm. But then again some just can’t afford to tip I guess. Maybe that’s it?

You picked the job, then do the job . I don’t open a store and say customers pay my workers wage because I’m going to undercut
