Praise in public, coach in private. They might be your target audience, but who else can read the thoughts you write...? We're defense layer 1, so why paint the colors of your criticisms so loud? Paint in muted colors and SEND TO THEM DIRECTLY. Not every admonishment has to be public. We protect them but sometimes miss out that we also need to protect the impression other people form about them, especially those that haven't met them yet and could be potential fans. This is an awesome fandom that I've seen so far and I dislike posting about this but just a gentle nudge to everyone that if you care enough to post what you expect in public, then maybe taking 2 to 3 minutes to EMAIL them what you think, isn't that colossal of a task. That's if you genuinely care.
