This was cleared a long time ago by someone who actually invited WINNER. It is true though that WINNER gives "discounts" to student bodies who couldn't afford their fees (so is Psy) but OP said that they are still pricey.

Agaknya bila W ckp dorg bg discount utk uni dorg ingat bayaran murah sgt kot hahaha. Nokk W 4 org je tau. Pastu gi uni fest, nyanyi 10 lagu (sbb dorg suka belanja encore) dpt puluh2 k jugak. Cost pun lower dr actual concert.
