Hi there! We are the Young People and Self-Stigma in Mental Health research group. We aim to drive forward research by bringing together YP, community and researchers to explore the understanding of self-stigma in MH. Follow us for updates on our research, workshops, and events!

Don’t dismiss ADHD as simply hyperactivity, poor concentration & impulsivity-to do so is to trivialise what can be very debilitating. Unmanaged it’s impact can be ‘disabling’. Please take this issue seriously. It affects 1 in 20 to varying degrees. We all know someone with ADHD
