@NateSilver538 This is simple percent daily positive tested chart from 3/16. Some obvious data problem for NY and CA. I am so worried about NY. Less on CA but still worried. Secretively hope that WA can lead the way and encourage other fighting states! (Percent low and decreasing plz)
