Stop using Claude like a basic chatbot. Here's how to turn it into a Shorts ideation assistant: Create a custom JSON profile (one-time 20 min setup): 1. Feed it your channel data - Top 10 videos (what worked) - Bottom 10 videos (what flopped) - Competitor outliers from last 60 days 2. Set the persona "You're an expert at Shorts ideation for [niche]. Analyze performance patterns. Generate video ideas matching proven formats." 3. Define output structure - Format: bullet lists with topic + proof of concept + angles - Length: 20 ideas per prompt - Filter: only ideas similar to 1M+ view videos Now instead of generic ideas, you'll get niche specific bangers that actually work. You can do this in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for free. Just tell the AI: "Create a custom JSON profile for a (whatever you need) in [your niche]" Most creators never customize their A.I and wonder why output is useless.

If you're currently editing Shorts yourself and just hired your first editor who made 2 good videos. Don't hand them the entire channel yet. Because here's what will likely happen: You give them full control → quality drops → views tank → you panic → back to square one. Do this instead: Week 1: You post 1 video, they post 1 (monitor quality) Week 2: If their videos do well you post 1, they post 2 Week 3: If performance maintains, increase their responsibility gradually This gradual handoff protects your channel while testing if they can maintain quality at volume. I've watched 50+ channels die because creators handed over everything on day 1. Don't make that mistake.

If you're monetized but views are low it's because you're below niche average. Here's what you need to do: 1. Go to Youtube studio → audience → channels your audience watches. 2. Check their last 28 day views using VidIQ extension. If they're getting 2x your views, you have video quality problem. Study their top 5 videos from last 60 days, find the patterns, implement what you learn on your next videos. If you're matching them with views then you've likely hit a view ceiling. In that case do a pivot where you broaden your audience. 90% of Shorts creators never check this and then wonder why they're stuck.

Part of the reason why most shorts creators stay stuck is because they're too scared to outsource... Everybody wants to scale and build a crazy empire. But they treat their channel like their baby & think nobody can do it as perfectly as them. That's why you never scale. Don't be like this. You're capable of juggling 10 things daily. Which means someone else can definitely handle 1 thing to your standard. Hire someone to do ONE thing and let them excel at it. Focus on what actually moves the needle.

Your first big month will either make you or break you. Here's how to make sure it makes you: 1. Don't Get Complacent Early success is deceptive because a breakout month doesn’t mean you’ve “made it". Many creators treat a big month almost like they're allowed to take a break or "enjoy this" but that’s when momentum slips. New creators, new formats, new ideas keep being created so if you're idle, your competition will always win. 2. Use Speed To Your Advantage Iterate fast. Create, test, learn, pivot. Don't waste time, try out different styles, double down on what works. Whatever works you rinse it, create as many videos as you can in the format. 3. The Mindset You Need You can’t be satisfied by one win. Know your goals, but be urgent about every step. Be ready to change course and adapt because what worked yesterday might not work today. Losses, dips and bumps will come. The difference is in how fast you recover and make changes. The top guys don't cry for days over losses, they accept game is game and keep moving. 4. Why Many Fail To Level Up They stop learning because they think they've cracked the code. They slow down because success brings comfort. Don't be one of those people.

If you're making money from Shorts you need to hear this before you f*ck up: That $5K that landed in your bank isn't actually $5K. Depending on where you live, 20%+ of it will likely belong to the tax man. Many young creators spend it all then get hit with a bill they can't pay. Do not make that mistake. Do this instead: - Take your monthly income x 0.30 - Move it to a separate account - Don't touch it When you hit $2K/month consistently, hire an accountant and set up a proper tax structure. A good accountant will save you more than they cost. Don't procrastinate this.

Never buy into the “you don’t need a course” slop, coming from someone who isn’t selling you anything. Wouldnt have been nowhere near where i am today without Earnitmedia (@yt_igm) and Art of Youtube (@timdanilovhi) The best things in life are ALWAYS behind a paywall. Wether its about Health, Information, or Physical stuff. If you disagree you just don’t understand how this world works. Money is the great filter
