#IJCAI2023 Meta reviewer said no one championed our paper, so gave a rejection. Good to know that two 7, one 6 mean nothing.

#AAMAS2023 We present a novel Transfer Learning-based Negotiating Agent (TLNAgent) to help with new negotiations. Our experiments demonstrate that TLNAgent outperforms state-of-the-art Automated Negotiating Agents Competition (ANAC) negotiating agents in various domains.
