09/06 721 kcals | 11.2k steps crashed out for two days bc i gained but we r locking back IN

06/06 803 kcals | 8.2k steps overate but at least i found new low cal food at the groceries hopefully ill lose more tmr morning

02/06 1066 cals consumed 7.5k steps overate today;;; supposed to stay under 800 cals but cheese flavoured rice cakes are so fking good i ate half a bag

miss the days when i consistently hit 10k+ steps per day
