WEB3에서 RWA의 성공에 대한 고민이 필요하다. 언제나 불장에서 언급되며 앞으로 언젠가는 올꺼라던 RWA의 호황기는 아직 오지 않고 있다. 내 생각을 정리해본다. 1. 유동성 RWA를 간단하게 정의하면 현실 보유자산->가상 보유자산으로의 이동이라고 볼 수 있다. 여기서 문제가 발생한다. 현실 자산을 그대로 가지고 갈수는 없다. 어떤 형태로든지의 매개체를 통한 변환이 필요하다. 동등한 가치의 무언가로 교환해야한다. 그런데 과연 내가 판매 또는 구매한 자산에 대해 누군가가 이걸 다시 사거나 팔거나 해줄수 있을까 하는 문제다. 여기서 많은 사람들은 자산가치 하락 또는 삭제까지도 우려한다. 과연 수많은 사람들 중에 내가 가진 부동산, 자동차, 미술작품,금등을 파일이나 다른종류의 가치증명보유증서 같은걸로 바꿀수가 있을까? 그래서 사람들은 현실자산을 판매해서 통화라는 매개체를 가지고 가상자산의 세계로 진입한다. 통화는 가치증명해주는 유동성이 충분한 협의된 자산이기 때문이다. 2.현실과 가상의 괴리 만약 현실자산이 WEB3상의 가치증명으로 교환된다면 현실에서의 자산A와 가상자산B가 동시에 발생하게 된다. 여기서 과연 현실자산이 WEB3자산과 동등한 가치를 가질수가 있는가 하는 문제에 봉착한다. 아니면 A:50%, B:50%의 가치인가? 동등한 가치를 위해 현실자산을 없애야한다. 그리곤 내가 필요할때 가치증명서를 가지고 현실자산을 다시 생성할 수 있어야 한다. 매개체(거래소를 통한 다른자산으로 교환)없이 이게 가능할까? 그럼 WEB3에서 생성된 자산의 경우, 예를 들면 NFT는 가치를 가진 증명서이지만 그걸 현실로 그대로 이동할 수는 없다.그건 하나의 그림파일일 뿐이니까... 만약 그림파일을 출력해서 인쇄하여 벽에 걸어놓으면 이 그림은 그만큼의 가치를 갖는것인가? 앞서 말한것 처럼 NFT파일을 삭제시켜야 비로소 자산가치의 이동이라고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 이것이 과연 다른 사람과도 협의된 가치인가? 거래소를 통해 다른 종류의 가치증명으로 교환하는 과정을 거치고 특정 자산(스테이블 코인, 유동성이 확보된, 협의된 코인)으로 변환되야 한다. 이런 과정을 거친 자산을 과연 WEB3에서의 RWA로 볼수 있을까? 이외에도 법률적 문제, 실제적 가치변화 반영 등의 문제가 존재한다.
