Worst experience with Airtel black connection. ID : 10101015777154 Yesterday a Technician from Airtel came and worked in the junction box near my house. While working by mistake he disconnected my connection and went. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Still there is no update or any action taken for the issue. It should have been closed by 14th September(as committed). But still it is unattended by anyone. How long will it take to attend an issue? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia And the customer care people to avoid me from escalating they acted like they can't hear me properly and disconnected the call. They don't even call back. It is a worst tactic used by the customer care people to avoid the customers @airtelindia
