@MartinSLewis I really don't understand how the government expects photographers/actors/builders/tradesmen/freelancers of single director limited companies to furlough themselves and do no work while the self employed can continue. Whole thing is a bit broken and massive middle finger to us.

Some people have correctly pointed out that technically you can't be a 'self employed' sole trader director of a limited company, as you are employed by the company even if you own it. I accept my terminology has been a little bit loose on this and will try and tighten it up.

@Barclays obviously you have forgotten that we are all in this together, 3.5 hours to get through & then told as you had pre checked me you couldn’t do him on same call even though I explained I was calling with him by me & because due to his health issues he can’t call direct 😡

@GCGodfrey I can’t believe I have sacrificed so much to have my own business, I am a small LTD Co with just myself in the business taking a small PAYE wage & dividends and now I find I am not going to get any support! I like many have been left behind in all Government support?

@Peston will you ask the government WHY small LTD companies like mine taking minimum PAYE & dividends are being left behind, it’s not fair that that the SE can count profits yet we can’t include dividends, having paid taxes on time I am now expected through no fault to claim £600

@bbcquestiontime #bbcqt I feel I have been totally left behind I am a Director of a small LTD business I am paid minimum PAYE and take dividends, my business has collapsed because of no fault of my own and will get less than someone on benefits, how is that fair?

How the heck is this far @BorisJohnson @RishiSunak I have worked so hard to build a business, was left with life changing disabilities after surgery went wrong, still did not claim benefits, built a different business and now NOT BEING looked after by the party I supported 40yrs
