From St Kitts we can see Montserrat, Antigua, Anguilla, Saba, Statia and quite possibly more islands but ask if it’s possible to visit them for an affordable cost

If we are truly serious about regional travel, all Caribbean governments must see it as an essential public good and service, set aside a percentage of the national budget to make airfares affordable. We are so close (see ya across the water from the beach), yet charged so much.
