New dApp UI: Work on the new dApp interface, which will be released alongside the upgrade, is progressing. Let’s talk a bit about the new features and modules that await us for both the UI and core. 1⃣ Flexible Pathfinder Access: This is one of our most major new features. While sending a request to pathfinder for route discovery, a width selection will now be added, triggered directly from the UI. If you’re doing a mega swap—where gas fees and response times aren't your top priority—the route width can exceed the standard setup, splitting into 5 segments or increasing the multihop count. This allows for a more detailed route and much better offers. Conversely, if you're doing a mini swap and don’t want to pay high gas fees due to excessive routing, it will plan the simplest and most affordable route. This way, we can showcase the full capabilities of pathfinder to the user. 2⃣ Degen Trade: Many aggregator protocols don’t work flawlessly with tax fee tokens due to routing and multihop features. In our new structure, we’re introducing a model that accounts for this. If a token has a tax fee, it will automatically detect the rate using onchain capabilities and guide you to the best route; and ofc fee rates will be showing on details. It will also adjust the slippage rate accordingly. 3⃣ Portfolio and History: You’ll now be able to view your past transactions and monitor the tokens you hold directly in the dApp. While it won’t be as comprehensive as a full portfolio app, it’ll be perfect for quick overviews. Additionally, you’ll be able to send native tokens or other tokens directly from the dApp. 4⃣ Discover Tokens: A token list page compatible with every integrated chain will be ready. You’ll find a list of popular tokens, and an inner page will provide detailed information about any token you wish to explore. This module will work with third-party token data providers, allowing you to discover tokens without leaving the dApp. 5⃣ Dashboard: We’ve planned a dashboard to display the transactions conducted through Hera. It will share various types of data with the community, such as volume spread across chains, user numbers, transaction counts, etc. If ready, we also aim to share treasury management tables here, ensuring the community has full access to Hera’s revenue data.
