@FringedCanuck Just go to the food bank, soup kitchens, united way emergency hamper box. Who cares what other think.

We went from spending 400 a month to feed a family of three to spending 1100.00 a month on groceries. I’m extremely frugal. I look for sales and bargain shop. I try to save money where I can. It is becoming virtually impossible to live in Canada. And survive. Food has become so expensive here. Meat is priced out of most people’s reach. Shrinkflation and price gouging have become the norm here. Quality of food is pure garbage. I guess Canadians will stand up and fight back when they are starving and homeless…. It’s coming sooner than you think……
