UPDATE: The man seen on Ring camera footage asking, “Where is your daughter?” was able to get inside. At that point the home owner rushes home and a confrontation takes place with it all being captured on camera. The suspect has been identified as Jason Thomas Nichols. He’s facing four felony charges and his bail was set at $35,000.

Xilonen is one of the few people who could and even she had trouble. They didn’t explain it because they didn’t need too.

With the extensive research Furina put into the prophecy, she likely came across something about it. I’ll bet Neuvillette and Arlechinno know something too.

Mavuika having the bike was never explained at any point during the main story, and is treated as a commonplace object by all that see it, despite 1/2

That area and questline relies more on the magic side of things while Fontaine as a whole is more tech focused. Does magic not fit there?

They missed the mark, and its natural for a human creation to do that. And in those examples of tech, the people still use them widely.

Xilonen made the bike herself, so it’s out of place. If Xilonen was from Fontaine or Snezhnaya then maybe, but she had no access to that kind of tech
