How do you balance heightened morality/“spiritual awakening” with boundaries/protecting and defending yourself. Basically, how do you approach defending yourself and or not being walked over while maintaining your highest self? Many people become what they hate or a lower form of consciousness/do terrible things when they are attacked or plotted against, how do you deal with this without doing that/not being a doormat?
