creative generation. paste the 3 prompts the plan wrote, run one at a time: this is where it actually generates. for [BUSINESS / PRODUCT], take the 3 creative prompts the plan wrote. before generating anything: - restate the 3 angles, one line each, and the format plan - wait for my "go". do not spend generation on unconfirmed angles on "go", per angle: 1. brief - hook: first 3 seconds, on-screen text + spoken line - 3-5 body beats that carry that angle's objection to a resolution - the one proof shot or line that makes it believable - cta matched to the funnel step it feeds - format chosen for THIS objection (ugc / talking head / demo / static), not a default 2. generate - produce the cuts: 3 hook variants x 2 formats per angle - hold the angle constant, vary only hook and format. i want to learn which hook wins inside a proven angle, not test 6 unrelated things - aspect ratios per placement: 9:16 reels/shorts, 1:1 feed, 16:9 youtube - no on-screen text unless the hook needs it 3. return - asset urls grouped by angle, then by placement - per cut, the landing page / vsl section it must point to so the message matches click to close - flag any cut that came back off-brief so i can regenerate just that one do not generate a "general brand video." every asset ties to one angle and one placement or it doesn't get made.

you'll see "run paid ads with 1 prompt" and assume media buyers are done. half of that's true and i'm fine with the half that is. the grunt work is done: opening competitor ad libraries one tab at a time, screenshotting the ones still live, rebuilding their funnels in a doc just to see where the money actually moves, writing creative briefs one at a time because you don't trust anyone else to guess the angle right. i did that for years. it was the least useful thing i touched all week and it ate the most of the work day. it's gone now and i'm not going to pretend i miss it. the "1 prompt" line is just marketing. what's actually interesting is you give it one thing and it's picking the models itself behind the scenes, the smart one for the thinking, a video model for the cuts, and you never touch any of it. that part is genuinely good. i've had it running on client accounts since it dropped. most of what comes back is a usable first pass. the one thing i still do myself is decide which three angles actually get money behind them, it'll hand you ten and act like all ten are worth running. they're not. the prompts i've actually been running it with, not the demo "do my ads" one, are in the replies. take them, run them on your own accounts, tell me where they break. enjoy.
