Michael Glatczak is 32-3 as the head coach of Nemaha Central (2A) since taking over from Warren Seitz in the fall of 2021. He has not lost a football game since week 10 of the 2021 season after winning the state title undefeated in 2022 and going 12-0 so far this season. NC takes on unbeaten Hoisington on Saturday in the 2A state championship in Salina. Fun facts on Glatczak: he had 55 tackles as a senior DB at 5’10” 173-pounds at KU, becoming a starter after walking on to their program from Butler CC. His father was legendary Centralia HC Larry Glatczak who won four state titles as HC for Panthers. Michael was part of two of those state titles & had an incredible career with school records for rushing with 307 carries for 3,382 yards and 47 touchdowns. Also all-time receiving leader with 45 catches for 968 yards and 13 touchdowns. As a defensive player, finished his career with 121 tackles and 23 interceptions. #sportsinkansas
