Day 88 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Finished the exercise details screen, with About, History, and Stats tabs (although still polishing) New favorite productivity hack is leveraging Cursor rules! Finding I like Claude Code better for certain things, & Cursor for others 🤖

Day 87 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added RestTimer BottomSheet + Floating Pill. ✅ Finished main workout sheet. Workout functionality is nearly complete pending a few last items!

Day 85 of building 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added RestTimer functionality ✅ Polished ExerciseCard animations Also started experimenting a lot more with Claude Code after being a Cursor power user, and I’m really enjoying it!

Day 76 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Finished my Exercise List View ✅ Started to revamp my main workout view I’m starting to see the finish line in sight! Hoping for a test flight launch by EoM and then a polish phase to follow!

Day 74 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Finished “Start Workout” Screen. ✅ Finished “Preview Workout” Screen. ✅ Added subtle shadow effect to all my cards Felt like I cleared a significant hurdle today and the boulder is rolling downhill. Loving the UX!

Day 72 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added “Up Next” Workout card to show suggested next workout. ✅ Added Template Card section to allow users to choose from saved workouts Should have a great screenshot to show tomorrow! Aiming to launch in TestFlight in the next few weeks!

Day 70 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added a light theme, dark theme, and auto based on the time of day. I think after the wrap of my workout section, I’m ready for TestFlight!

Day 69 of 2026 building GymAI! Haven’t posted recently due to some travel, family time, and dealing with a cold, but I’ve still been hard at work! ✅ Finished a workout program selection screen ✅ Finished advanced workout settings view Back to work!

Day 60 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added a new “Rest Timers” view to support the ability to edit their workout resting timer settings. ✅ Made a small refactor to my workout_settings schema ✅ Updated my todo list!

Day 59 of 2026 building GymAI ✅ Updated Supabase with new WorkoutSettings Table ✅ Added DB hook to perform CRUD actions on workout settings in profile view. Got a little overwhelmed the last few days, but decided to just in on small action items to rebuild the momentum!

Day 54 of 2026 building GymAI ✅ Started designing my “Create Workout” view After this next feature, I’m going to push to TestFlight to begin testing! Website and waitlist coming soon 🙂

Day 53 of 2026 building GymAi ✅ Finished my Home Screen (although debating some UX changes) ✅ Fixed some security & memory bugs Now onto my last two features — polishing my workout tracker (already built), and adding my meal logging functionality!

Day 50 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Removed ~200 lines of unused code. ✅ Categorized my todo list for better productivity (also might try and let Claude code work through it) ✅ Polished my home-screen. Should have an exciting visual to share tomorrow! Feeling very motivated 💪

Day 49 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Finished my WeeklyHeatMapCard ✅ Added shimmering animation around my AI Weekly Checkin Card Excited to share some snapshots of the home screen for feedback, & implement the agent feedback! And even more excited to hopefully start testing soon!

Day 48 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Started working on my Home Screen design with agent integrations. Excited to be moving onto a new feature, and really like the direction the app is moving in. Can’t wait to actually start testing it 🙂

Day 47 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Created VelocityCard with gauge so users can see rate of weight change ✅ Consolidated bar charts into single component ✅ Moved everything into an src folder Finally finished my goal screen (for now)! Excited to move onto the next feature!

Day 42 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Revamped my MacroHistoryCard in my Goal view. ✅ Started to add functionality to adjust your current goals macros Relieved to finally be done with my create goal section after a few weeks of hard work!

Day 41 of 2026 building GymAI! ✅ Added post-goal creation cache optimization to decrease load time on GoalView. ✅ Wrote out goals for tomorrow Didn’t have a ton of time today, but still managed to move the goal posts. Consistency, consistency, consistency!

Day 40 of 2026 working on GymAI! ✅ Adding Goal Celebration Modal after the user creates a new goal with Confetti Animation Putting the finishing touches on Goal Creation Feature! A few optimizations still need to be made (mainly perf), but its starting to feel real!
