@politicalmath Also, most of my other suggestions (the better ones for this particular situation) have already been given. However, while the whimsy is less mildly spooky, Be Cool, Scooby Doo! Is very funny and charming. The art style is... well, you get used to it.

Finished watching Gravity Falls and Over the Garden Wall with my kids (15, 13, 10) and they want "moar of that". I need suggestions. They have rejected Animaniacs and Rocky and Bullwinkle.

A hill I will die on (fandom related) that nobody asked for: if be cool Scooby doo had the animation style of an adaptation(like what’s new Scooby doo, a pup named Scooby doo or mystery incorporated) it would have been an S-tier version of Scooby doo. It’s mainly the eyes.

Watched this special last night. And I gotta admit, it's really good. Yeah, it's Chuck E. Cheese's characters of all things, and they have a surprisingly really good Christmas special. 😆😅😊

The Chuck E. Cheese Christmas special was surprisingly solid. It had a well enough plot with surprisingly funny moments. The animation is also nice. I honestly hope to see more of these iterations of the characters.
