🕊️ A MONUMENT TO HONOR OVER 750,000 ASSYRIAN CHRISTIAN GENOCIDE MARTYRS — ATHENS, GREECE 🕊️💔
A monument honoring the Assyrian Christian martyrs of the 1915 genocide was erected on October 19, 2014, in Athens, Greece. 🕊️
It stands as one of more than 100 Assyrian Genocide monuments around the world—most in Europe, but also in the United States, Australia, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine and Syria.🌍
Yet, even after 111 years, the truth is still denied by Turkey. 💔
In 1915, under the Ottoman Empire, a deliberate and systematic campaign targeted Christian Assyrians, Armenians, Greeks, and Maronites. For Assyrians, this tragedy is remembered as the Year of the Sword ⚔️—a time when entire communities were marked for destruction.
Across regions under Ottoman rule, life was erased. Homes were burned with families inside. Churches—places of faith and refuge—were desecrated and turned into scenes of terror. ⛪💔
Families were shattered. Fathers were killed before their children. Mothers endured unimaginable cruelty. Children were taken, lost, or left alone among the dead. 💔
Many were forced on endless death marches through burning deserts—without food or water. Step by step, people collapsed. Mothers carried their children until their strength failed… until they had to leave them behind, knowing they would never see them again. 🥀💔
More than 3.5 million Christians—Assyrians, Armenians, Greeks, and Maronites—were killed between 1914 and 1924. Among them were over 750,000 Assyrians.
These are not just numbers—they were lives, voices, and dreams… entire histories nearly erased. 🕊️💔
And still, the world was silent.
And still, the denial continues. 💔
But memory cannot be destroyed.
Today, 111 years later, the pain remains—but so does the truth. These monuments stand not only in stone, but in the hearts of people across the world. 🤍
We remember. ❤️
We carry them with us.
We will not let their voices fade into silence. 💔
Recognize the truth. Acknowledge the past.
History cannot be buried forever. 💔

@tepkid1@sakuraslegacy@2sideAnime But sakura with little to no chakra and no chakra amps(whatever u call tsunades chakra release technique), broke kaguyas horn. I aint downplaying tsuande cause i think she is the queen of shonen badass females but sakura is far stronger esepcially by boruto.
This shouldn’t have to be said but Sakura is the 3rd strongest in the village and the 4th is Kakashi. I want to see Kakashi’s book animated so we can scale him properly
11 years ago today (6/3), Naruto Shippuden Ep163 aired. Naruto returns to the Hidden leaf village to fight pain. Arguably one of the most epic entrances in anime history. #NarutoMoment#Naruto
