And while @AnnikaHirvonen is filing reports for those who have left hateful comments, I hope it's done consistently across those who have also threatened Swedish safety, the ones who also celebrated the murder of Salwan and cheered on for others to face the same consequences.

So as people continue cheering on the right wing fascists and continue to blame immigrants, especially other people of colour - there's no saving yourself either, they won't come knocking asking if you practiced a certain faith or integrated a certain way, before deporting you.

It didn't matter if you were Muslim or not, if you spoke arabic or not, if you were integrating or not. The hate crime or criminal knew no bounds except that you didn't look like him and you were an immigrant. svt.se/nyheter/inrike…

@Inevitablewest Clearly you have limited comprehension skills and require spoon feeding. Face consequences = a government decides on the punishment. I know many non religious people but they don't go around burning Bibles or Qurans. They have respect. Again, it should be a hate crime.

Some of you may disagree but the public desecration of any holy book should be viewed as a hate crime and the offender should face consequences.

Celebrating "World Hijab Day" is like spitting on women's long-standing struggle against religious misogyny. To express solidarity w Afghan& Iranian women, as well as with those who suffer in silence, I urge everyone to show their hair&feel the wind in their hair.🙏❤️ #NoHijabDay

I am a Muslim, and I disagreed with Salwan Momika's burning of the Quran in public, but I completely reject and condemn the act of killing a human because of his thoughts or beliefs, or even because he burned the Quran! Freedom of thought and freedom of belief should be guaranteed for all. Those who committed this crime must be arrested and appropriately punished. If they are Muslims (which is highly likely), then they are a disgrace to Islam and a source of shame to all Muslims. As a young human rights activist, in 2006, I advocated for the freedom of a fellow blogger and activist, who was also an atheist. He got arrested and tortured by the Egyptian regime only because of the anti-Islam opinions written on his blog. I supported his freedom to speak, even if this included opposing or criticizing my own religion. I have friends whom I call family. The majority of them are not Muslims, and some of them are atheists. Some of them are very critical of my religion, but we are great friends because we base our interactions and communications on the fact that we all belong to the same human family, and every one of us is free to believe or follow whatever school of thought he/she wants. Out of sympathy, I can understand why Salwan hated Islam. He could not tolerate the violence practiced worldwide under the flag of Islam and justified by old barren texts that some label as holly. For him, and for many others, this cannot be called a religion of peace. Some of those who felt offended by Salwan's act of burning the Quran have filed legal claims against him already. Some others just decided they were above the law, and they had to kill him in praise of Allah! They just proved his point right: "Islam is not a religion of peace." Yet, the most shocking part for me in the #SalwanMomika incident is that he was killed in a Western country where liberalism and freedom should be the norm... perhaps before these great values were hijacked and abused by the Islamists, the enemies of freedom and the enemies of humanity. #Sweden #Europe #Salwan_Momika #سلون_موميكا #القرآن #الإسلام #السويد #الحرية

Contrary view: Religious offence is never a justification for violence & countries that criminalise blasphemy tend to see more religious violence than others because they legitimise the premise of it Human lives are worth infinitely more than ‘sacred’ texts End blasphemy laws

World Hijab Day on Feb. 1? I think you mean NO HIJAB DAY! We honor the women who remove, refuse, and resist wearing this tool of Islamic patriarchy and sex apartheid. We call on women of all beliefs and backgrounds to take off your hijab, and put it on a man! 😉

@RyanJohnson_007 @__Injaneb96 @elonmusk Ryan, sit down. You didn't even pass 3rd grade English, what do you even know about flags and eggplants. Imagine wanting to make a point, but all you're doing is typing random words and showing the rest how empty it is up there.

Shut up and stop speaking on our behalf. I haven’t lost my trust in @elonmusk, and he didn’t take away your free speech. Clearly, you’re still here whining, throwing slurs, and acting like a bitch. The only difference is you’re not getting paid for it anymore. You were milking impressions by posting the most racist, sexist, and downright stupid garbage imaginable. All Elon did was stop handing you money he chose to pay creators in the first place. So seriously, shut up and go away. I’m grateful to Elon for cutting off freeloaders like you and the other clowns you mentioned. This is just one example of how you reply to my posts. when I, as a former Muslim, chose how I want to dress.

I speak for the people @elonmusk. Here is why everyone has lost their trust in you: You took over this app PROMISING freedom of speech on the basis of it being a "bedrock of democracy" and framed it as per the 1st amendment of the US constitution. People cheered and loved you. You posted memes saying how X is superior to Meta and Youtube and you allow free speech. People cheered and loved you more. "FINALLY, a billionaire gets it!" everyone thought... You then joined MAGA to help us put Trump back in office. The people cheered and loved you even more. Then, MAGA loyalists had a simple disagreement with you on H1B visas, and you let your emotions destroy the beautiful "town square" you worked for years to build. You went on a suspension spree of the groypers who all have individual unique accounts with massive followings that don't "spam". Hell, they even have a LEGIT LLC to represent their company. Everything was by the book, yet they were silenced. You then went on to de-verify or insult several accounts that disagreed with you on immigration and Israel. @ShaykhSulaiman @LauraLoomer @DrLoupis @SamParkerSenate @MyronGainesX @realstewpeters @jakeshieldsajj @NickJFuentes Saying "freedom of speech isn't freedom of freedom of reach" or "freedom of speech doesnt mean paid speech" is EXACTLY how all the other platforms began their censorship regimes... The very same platforms you rallied against for YEARS... Taking away someone's monetization, subscribers, and reach IS censorship, and antithetical to free speech. Why? Because you create a chilling effect, which by definition, makes others scared to speak up and exercise their "free speech" that you promised. That IS CENSORSHIP. Speech means nothing if it can't reach the "town square" in the first place. It's not enough to just "allow" the speech. You need to be able to allow ALL ideas to flow, and let the cream rise to the top. You said this yourself, when you unbanned Nick Fuentes. You said community notes will curb and stop disinformation. Allow complete free speech, stick to your word, and refine community notes to tackle disinformation. That is how you will regain the people's trust. People WANT to like you Elon. Just do the right thing first. Retweet and share this post if you agree. Let's make X free speech and GREAT again...

@jubeljane @Ana3rabeya In summary, it was about him wanting to feel like he had authority over what I post after being called out on his false information of a court case. And I refused to delete the tweet, so ofc he thought it was ok to send threats.

While we’re all preoccupied with blame & motives behind Taleb Abdulmohsen’s attack on Christmas market in Germany, let us not forget his victims. Taleb is many, many things. But now, he’s firstly the murderer of 9-year-old Andre Gleissner. New post from Andre’s mother:

@CoolTJ9 @pass3l @gynaeceum Multiculturalism also doesn't work when you have racist people in the country who hate people that don't look like them. It's a 2 way street. You cannot expect people to integrate when you've set little to no pathways for them, and further isolate them like @gynaeceum does.

@gynaeceum @Vildemo_Sweden If you protect women, is it just white women that you're talking about? Because when you talk about migration, I hope you realise most migrants don't go around raping women, and the men (migrants or not) that rape women, are awful to all women.
