@WarnedFox Instead of trying to help n stuff, ill just HIGHLY recommend to reaching for some professional help from doctors. Im having the same problem, i visited doctor and it told me to buy some pills and use them whenever i feel anxious, it helps, i dunno if itll help you too, but try it

how do you even deal with daily anxiety attacks, almost every night laying/sitting and trying to calm down or distract myself doesn't work anymore this is driving me crazy.
