$GNIS... If you look at at the convertible debt in the recent filing you will see that it definitely exceeds 100 million shares.. Hence the reason they lost OTCID... Canouse and his buddies are always trying to fleece investors.. They need well over a billion shares in the A/S..

@CWGulfCoast I stand corrected, however, they will need a minimum of 1.2 billion shares to cover the convertible debt listed in the filings..

Most issuers proactively increase authorized shares or reserve them when issuing convertibles to avoid issues—especially since the exact number of shares isn't known upfront (due to interest accrual, discounts, caps, etc.). Convertible debt is tracked separately on cap tables until conversion.

@zata_4 @Millionaire_555 Nah, you would have to raise the A/S prior to mature date. It doesn’t immediately require equity, which allows for a delay, but if notes not paid. Then they’d have to raise the A/S prior to maturity date.

@zata_4 Management Certificate filing showed convertible does is not even matured until end of May 2026. But I mean please bash all you can so I can buy more before it blows up back over multipennies
