@virginmedia broadband saying poor signal on all devices. Recently had an email saying fibre had been updated in the area and been having issues since then connecting. Every time I click on anything on your website it says 'bad request'. Looks like many people having issues! 👎

Having trouble connecting to anything via a PlayStation 4 but I've tried the console at another property with BT WiFi and the console works and connects to apps fine but back to having issues when connecting to VM wifi

@virginmedia Tried the connect app and it hasn't helped. Managed to get on the website on another device and went on the chat but it says after going through all the instructions from the BOT that you're extremely busy at the moment

@zbam23 Hi Zoe, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your broadband service. Have you used our Connect App to check for any blackspots in your property (virg.in/connectapp)? If you're seeing "Bad Request", can you please try clearing your cache and cookies? ^RH

@NETTram Hi. Is it possible to get a partial refund on a day ticket if the service is unavailable and i can't use the alternative options of the bus and train that has been suggested? Thanks
