Thanks for chiming in. From what I’ve seen, the restriction isn’t random, it appears specifically tied to withdrawals to self-custody / cold wallets, even for fully verified users. What’s frustrating is the lack of transparency or a remediation path, especially when bank withdrawals remain allowed.
