Ricky Pearsall logged 524 snaps last year. 425 of them came on the outside, with 97 in the slot. While Pearsall has shown he can be dynamic on the perimeter, I'd love to see the 49ers use him inside, with Mike Evans and De'Zhaun Stribling on the outside. I think this could be the Niners best WR trio. Pearsall's footwork and route running ability could be nasty from the slot. #49ers

@dieter Exactly. I don’t mind a team doing this every once in a while with a special player or two but to do this in most rounds of every draft is not good practice

@richjmadrid_ Lol, if you want statistics, I’m happy to provide them. I’m not the one making things up here. Most 6th round picks do absolutely nothing in the league. Winters was, at worst, a low-end starter, which is objectively more than the vast majority of 6th rounders end up being.

@zchase6 There’s actually quite a few 6th round picks providing more “value” to their teams than he did. So no, he hasn’t been “vastly more productive” or whatever you just made up.

All the people saying he’s gone mental. Are probably wrong. Aiyuk knows exactly what he is doing. If he wants to play in Washington then so be it. He’s gonna get there now or later 28 years old- being released then a cheap 1 yr deal and IF he performs probably another payday

Here's the part that doesn't make sense: Is Aiyuk's agent still representing him? Because if he is... teams should be able to talk through the agent about Aiyuk. Or is Aiyuk not even in contact with his own agent?

Alright.. Ephesians Prysock - Tall long corner who has solid movement skills. - Felt he moved well and has decent feet - Aggressive corner who sometimes is a little too aggressive. I think if he gets his eyes down he’ll be ok - Has good zone eyes and seems to be a versatile scheme guy - Reminds me a ton of Ahkello Witherspoon as a prospect was a top pick in 3rd round and watching Prysock closely.. feels like he’s a guy who could’ve gone in that range - If the 49ers want him to play primarily off I wouldn’t be a big fan of that. Allow him to be a boundary press corner who can run vertical with guys and get involved in the run game - Lastly.. a lot of people keep bringing up the safety position when it comes to him.. I don’t know why… I see cornerback. Now, I’m not saying it’s not possible he makes a position switch and when you draft him where he was taken you can take that risk of switching him but idk.. looks like a big athletic corner to me lol. 🤷🏾‍♂️🫡 Wait.. lastly now.. he looks like someone (Like Witherspoon) who can definitely battle to get starts year 1. Biggest thing is grasping the defense mentally and being able to play fast in the scheme. Really like the pick.

@nikotaughtyou Played well during parts of this year but looked like the worst player on the floor during the stretch run and play-in games. He looked like Kuminga - pretermined drives and horrible shot selection. He looked like he was trying to show free agent suitors he was contract-worthy.
