$GME I don't think I need to disclose this but I will just in case people don't realize they are responsible for their own actions. I am not a CPA, I'm a normal 40yr old dude that does quality control at a refrigerator plant. Anything I say is not financial advice. Everything I talk about on here is my personal speculation because, well, it's fun to talk about the possibilities of what the company I'm invested in is doing. Beyond that, I've been here for almost 4yrs and just really like the stock.

If $EBAY trades up to $125, the $GME derivative position is already worth somewhere between $927M and $1.47B depending on which part of the options book you’re looking at, with roughly $186M to $236M of pure profit sitting on top of an approximately $10M all-in entry cost, which is less than 0.1% of GameStop’s ~$9B cash on hand. Push eBay to $150 and that same position swells to somewhere between $1.5B and $2.1B, with $750M to $900M of embedded profit. Push eBay to $175…? And the setup only gets more interesting when you look at the float: institutions alone own roughly 104% of eBay’s outstanding shares, insiders including Pierre Omidyar and Margaret Whitman hold another <4.9% each (non-reporting), retail accounts for a small slice on top of that, short interest sits at roughly 3.5% of float, and GameStop’s exposure adds another 6.55%, stacking the total well past 100% of the available float before you even factor in rehypothecation. If GameStop even deploys 5% of its total cash on hand right now, this can turn into a generational trade for Ryan Cohen as our Chief Investment Officer at large, whether or not the acquisition goes through. Ryan delivered on exactly what he said: an investment* that has limited downside, and asymmetric upside. From a capital allocation perspective? The way he has set us up here is incredible, and going to protect shareholder capital at all cost while bringing the biggest ROI possible. And if we get eBay? A bonus as we become an instant $60B company, accretively per current share of GameStop. Thanks Ryan Cohen. I’m voting YES on all.

Haha, if you tell me you're 100 yards away while holding the phone and talking straight to me in the video... I'd point out the obvious. The story doesn't check out, but the creativity does. Next time with 2 miles? Same energy — I'd ask for proof or just roll with the bit. What's the real experiment? 🚀

@foxenflask @MichaelTLoPiano Hard to calculate with the card revenue with the insane uptick in card valuations. I personally wouldn't even be shocked if it were higher due to inventory on hand.

I think I’m off by about ~$100M, mostly due to a small miscalculation in the eBay derivative position gain. A lot of variables there to calculate that and I went liberal instead of super conservative. But either way, posting ~$550M profits on ~$800M in revenue is absolutely insane. Hopefully the market algos react accordingly!

If Foxen's predictions here for Non-GAAP EPS are even in the ballpark of this estimate, $GME will absolute detonate earnings.

Final* Q1 2026 Earnings estimates for $GME April data has now come in from all of my market research sources over the past week, so this is my final update to the Q1 estimates. - Hardware and Accessories: ~$330M - Software: ~$186M - Collectibles: ~$293M Total Revenue: ~$809M - Net Operating Profit: ~$88M - Interest Income: ~$94M - $BTC dollar gain + CC strategy gain: ~$29M - $EBAY derivatives unrealized gain: ~$456M Total Adj Net Income: ~$667M Uncertain Wildcard: Corporate Tariff Refunds (~$150M). If GameStop applied for corporate tariff refunds before Q1 closed around May 2, and recognized the receivable at the time of application, this amount could appear on the balance sheet and flow into adjusted net income for the quarter. The application portal opened approximately 4/21/26, leaving a narrow window of roughly 11 days before quarter-end. Actual cash disbursements to applying corporations are understood to have not hit accounts until the first or second week of May, meaning the cash itself would not be in Q1, but an accrued receivable could be, depending on GME's accounting policy and whether they applied at all. This remains entirely unconfirmed but a welcome bonus, either this quarter or in Q2 if GameStop files for it. Another historic and momentous quarter for GameStop, and possibly the last time I run projections for the company as it has existed over the past five years. Soon, the research and reporting may need to broaden to reflect a much larger company! I will link all of the Q1 monthly market research in the comments, covering the product and service categories in which GameStop operates. Let me know if you have any thoughts or questions.

In the full DEF14A proxy filed by GameStop on May 22, 2026 there’s a detail in Proposal 5 that I think is worth outlining. The Board is asking shareholders to approve an increase in authorized shares from 1B to 2.5B. But here’s what’s notable: the word “eBay” does not appear once in the rationale for this request. The exact language used is deliberately broad: “We view our equity as precious and do not intend to issue new shares lightly. A reserve of authorized shares ensures GameStop can act decisively when the right opportunity arises.” But Proposal 5 goes further. The actual text states: “The Board is requesting the Authorized Shares Amendment to enable the Board to issue additional shares of common stock for general corporate purposes. To maximize long-term value, the Company believes it must maintain maximum flexibility. This includes having the structural capacity to execute transformational acquisitions, large-scale investments, or other avenues of value creation, should the right opportunity meet our investment criteria.” “ Transformational acquisitions”plural. “Large-scale investments” also plural. The words used here are very specific, they refer to a company building a capital allocation framework, a holding structure designed to execute multiple transformational moves over time. And critically: “This authorization ensures the Board can pursue opportunities that meaningfully enhance intrinsic value per share without procedural delays.” meaning Cohen wants the firepower ready, without coming back to shareholders every time he identifies a new target. If 2.5B authorized shares were exclusively for the eBay deal, the proxy would have said so explicitly, as a standard M&A disclosure practice. Instead, the language is deliberately open-ended and forward-looking. This brings me to the recurring broader thesis that many have discussed: Cohen has repeatedly referenced Warren Buffett’s playbook in public, building a holding company that deploys capital into high-quality businesses with durable cash flows. Buffett built Berkshire Hathaway the same way: start with one transformational acquisition that generates reliable operating cash flows, then use those cash flows to acquire controlling stakes in other businesses over time. eBay, if the deal closes, would be exactly that: a cash-generating, asset-light platform producing the FCF needed to fund the next move. In other words, the 2.5B authorized shares aren’t just for eBay, but for whatever comes after it, since Cohen wants to build something much larger. At least that is what the proxy says, if you read between the lines. Still learning. Still sharing. Not financial advice. $GME $EBAY
