@selfstyledking Running a business at the airport is challenging due to high rentals and rushed customers who rarely stop to buy. My former boss, despite successfully managing Mugg and Bean at Manda Hill and Levy, couldn't make it work at the airport for these reasons.

I love my country and I won't give up on it. That means I will highlight an issue when I see one. The first local flight out of Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone is at 08:40 this morning. Passengers have been checking in since 7am already but the only cafe in the domestic terminal is still closed. This is a customer service and work ethic issue which @ZambiaAirports should enforce with its tenants and service providers. Simple.

Guys cannot get their story straight. Minister Cornelius said GRZ found it cheaper to engage FQM because they would only pay one way, now the others saying its free of charge. Hunt as a pack guys, this is not a good look.!
